The earned income level needed to qualify for "additional child tax credit" decreases from $8,500 to $3000. Now more people will be able to qualify.
The lower income lever applies in 2009 and 2010.

My eBooks are best viewed on a large-screen TV. The pages come to life, and children enjoy the enormous size of viewing their eBook on the big screen.
